Finding My Way

Last week I enrolled in a Nail Specialty program here in Orlando. It has been a long time coming and I am so excited to finally become a licensed nail technician!

As some of you may know, I struggled with finding my path in life. I have thought of so many different avenues to go down and was always stressed about how my future might pan out. I still am! I’ve learned that it is okay to be unsure. I’ve also learned to not compare myself to others who I feel may be ahead of me by my own standards. Choosing a career path for yourself is a lot of pressure and I want to make sure that I am happy with wherever I end up.

Pursuing a career in nails is something that I know will not be free of challenges, but I will do everything in my power to work as hard as I can. I am eager to learn and hone in new skills. I want to document my progress on this site and I hope you all will be here with me to see it. 🤍
